I had visited a few spring hotel in this trip. So far , this is the best! The room got a nice beach view , and the hot spring is also facing the beach! What a special experience! The dinner I had tonite is extraordinary. The portion is just right. First served with the sashimi which are really fresh. And the shabu shabu of the fish in milk soup is so tasty! I could not stop eating at all! Lobster is very bouncy and the cream sauce mash potatoes goes very well with it. And the grilled wagyu beef is so tender and with rich meaty flavor. Steamed egg is very smooth and served hot, I enjoy it a lot. The rice and soup is cooked nicely. The dessert is fruit with jelly, what a light and tasty dessert.
